Orders are prepared and shipped by our team in Lahore, Pakistan, with tracked express delivery to the US.

• How long does delivery take?
Ready-to-ship: 6–11 business days in total. Custom size 13–25 business days in total (including 7–14 days of tailoring).

• How much is shipping?
Shown at checkout.

• Will I pay customs duties?
DAP: US Customs may charge import duties on delivery; these are paid by the customer.

• What is your return policy?
Unworn ready-to-wear and unused unstitched fabric can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Custom sizes are final sale unless damaged, defective or not made to your measurements.

• How fast are refunds?
Within 7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

• Which payment methods do you accept?
The methods shown at checkout (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Shop Pay).
